Our courses

For each level of Spanish we take the general objectives from three learning profiles (social agent, autonomous learner and intercultural speaker) and develop each one with more specific goals.

You need to do a level test before starting the course so we know which group to put you in.

Regular

We have two possible start dates for courses: October and February, this way you can choose which one works best for you, from levels A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1.

The weekly classes are very practical. We use different activities and games in classes so that you’ll learn with an enjoyable methodology. We do various exams throughout the course to be able to evaluate your progress. SevillaMN Speak provides all of the didactic material required for the course (e.g. books, audios, films). We focus on both comprehension (reading and listening) and expression (speaking and writing).

We offer classes both in the morning and afternoon/evening so that you can combine them with work or other studies. Additionally, all of our classes can be attended either in person or online, and the recordings of the class are available for a further 15 days so that students can access them in their own time too.

Our group size normally ranges from 5-12 students so as to promote interaction amongst the students and enable the teacher to offer personalised support and attention.

There are multiple exam dates throughout the year so you can choose to take the exam when best works for you. We take it upon ourselves to inform students of these dates.

You can reserve your place for €50, which is then reduced from the cost of the course.

Advanced

These courses are perfect for anybody who wants to improve their Spanish level. We offer them for levels A2, B1, B2 and C1, and they can start whenever works best for you, including in the summer.

There are 20 hours of class per week, which are broken down into 2 hour sessions. The lessons are very practical, using different activities and games so you’ll learn with an enjoyable methodology. We do exams throughout the course so as to evaluate students’ progress. SevillaMN Speak provides all of the didactic material (e.g. books, audios, films) needed to do the course. In the classes we focus on comprehension (reading and listening) and expression (speaking and writing).

All the classes can be attended both in person and online, and the classes are recorded and available online for 15 days so that students can make use of them in their own time too. Group size ranges from 5-12 students, the perfect number to allow the students to interact with each other whilst also allowing the teacher to provide the students with individual attention.

In addition to the 20 hours of class each week, there are another 5 hours of cultural activities. These enable the student to complement what they’re learning in the classroom with an understanding of the local surroundings and the culture of our country.

Students who need a VISA to attend the classes in person will be assessed and accompanied by our staff at all times and, should they wish to do so, can contract the services of our immigration lawyer to ensure the success of their application

We can also offer accommodation in Seville to students who are interested in it. You can choose from host families, student housing and flat shares, with different dietary options too: full board, half board and only the accommodation.

There are various exam dates each year so you can choose to take the exam when it best suits you. We inform our students of the available dates.

Spanish (UNED)

This course is designed to prepare students for the official DELE exam, which certifiesproficiency in Spanish at any of the levels recognised by the CEFR.

During the course, we review the most important grammatical and functional content in a practical way and, above all, we focus on the characteristics of each part of the official exam, so that our students are fully familiar with the test format and can approach it
with confidence.

This is a fundamentally practical course in which mock exams similar to the official one are conducted, recreating the real exam conditions. We cover the listening comprehension, reading comprehension, speaking and interaction, and writing and interaction sections.

The course is designed for students who already possess the level they wish to certify and want to prepare for the exam, or for those who are in the process of acquiring the level they wish to certify and are taking the course as a supplement.

The course is designed for 20 or 40 hours across all levels (A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1) and is available in both face-to-face and online formats. In addition, classes are recorded and remain accessible for 15 days, allowing students to access them outside the group’s regular timetable. We maintain a class size of between 5 and 12 students per classroom in order to encourage interaction amongst them without neglecting personalised
attention.
